The hazy look comes from wheat proteins, oats, and a small amount of suspended yeast. These compounds help it hold onto those fruity hop flavors. Tropical and citrus fruit flavors dominate the flavor and the aroma.

Smooth and easy drinking American-style brown porter with notes of chocolate and coffee. Very low bitterness with a delightful toffee background.
Stouts get their color and flavor from the dark roasted grains used to make them. We switched this one up and used all light colored grains to make it. We used oats to thicken the beer’s mouth feel and used coffee and LOTS of roasted cocoa nibs to give it roasty stout like flavors while maintaining its light color.
Vienna-style amber lager is classically easy drinking. Smooth and malty, but not too sweet.
Rich, full-bodied, strong, and smooth, our Scottish Ale is solidly built. Scottish Ales are traditionally very malty and on the sweet side, with low to zero hop character.
